I started Great Tastes in the Spring of 2003, with a vision of creating one of Dallas' finest catering services, featuring real home-style foods, including Tex-Mex, Mediterranean, and more.  My focus is now catering small intimate dinners, or even a wine paired dinners.                              

My alter ego; Wineaux Guy, offers Great Wine Tastes wine education courses, in the Lakewood, North Dallas and Plano areas.  The educational wine classes are available for parties, like birthdays, bachlorettes, house warming, office team events and more, you have an idea?
